[Resolved]  Shriram General Insurance — Refund of Amount

Hi,

I had made a policy renewal for a vehicle from payzapp app and the payment was successful but I didn't receive any new policy number. When contacted to customer care they mentioned that the payment was failed at shriram side and bank will issue the refund. So, I had made a new policy for the vehicle with different company. After 10 days, the customer care from shriram general insurance called us and said that the payment was successful and policy was generated then i explained him the scenario and the customer care agent from shriram general insurance said that they will initiate the refund. But, since 2 weeks, when i call them, they were saying that they had initiated it and you will get in 7 days
