Siti Cable — need to reset password of router

I need to reset the password of router as i am doing work from home and i am unable to log in at the desktop. I am trying to connect with the siti salesperson but his number is engaged. I have to log in or my delivery will be hampered. Please help me urgently. I request you. I live in shapoorji and the office over there is closed and i am unable to get anyone
