Sir, i have a cable tv connection of fastway. my set top box number is MAC BCC8107802BB and it is on the name of vikas kumar. i have lodged a complaint that cable is switched off from the last 24 hours. i have talked to cable tv operator on their number [protected] many times but all in vein. nobody came to solve the complaint. a strict action must be taken against them. Worst service of Siti Cable. They cut the line on important days. Today there is World Cup match but they have cut the line. It is causing trouble all throughout. Shall drop this service very soon. And the service boy behaves so badly. Such a mannerless guy. Resolve as soon as possible.
