I'm from Anand, Gujarat. In June, I'd approached local dealer of Sleek Kitchens, Mr. Siddharth Patel, for installation of Modular Kitchen at one of my sites. Ms. Krutika Jadhav had taken things forward, and Mohit Sharma, Area incharge and Mr. Patel, State head had visited the site a couple of times.
Designs had finalized and total cost of 12, 11, 000/- was finalized. An advance of 6, 05, 500 was given on 3rd August, with commitment to complete the installation by 15th of September, 2022. Base boards (without shutters, tandems, accessories) was dispatched around 20th October, 2022 against advance of another 40%, with commitment to dispatch the remaining material before Diwali, and fitting before 27th October.
Neither the material arrived, nor my kitchen was installed. The remaining material came 20 days back, and after taking 10 days of installation time, I was told, that some material is still missing and will be informed once they arrive.
Your so called employees are not answering to my calls or whatsapp messages. I believe I've been cheated of my money and am in process of lodging a police complaint against 4 of your employees and the local dealer. Was this information helpful? |
