I shyam sundar goyal from siliguri west bengal my terminal id is INIXB039007D8 ON 29TH JUNE 2016 I have recharged amount Rs of 333.00 in Airtel mobile No-[protected] as a Top Up of Full Talk Time but till today 3rd july 2016 it was neither credited in consumer account nor refund in my account i complain it several times they says it was credited complain to airtel when i complained to Airtel they says it was not Recharged again i complain it to smart shop customer service they said me it was not top up it was data pack of Rs 333 but in my terminal software it shows full talk time Top Up i am uploading photo audio clip of call recording that costomer care says it was data pack and i also uploading photo of my terminal id software which shows that Rs 333 is full talk time, so i request to every one this company is cheating company beaware of it dont be a agent of this fraud company
