hi this is rishabh sharma, i want to bring notice to that BAD business practices by snapdeal.com and cheating by it to it's customers. i ordered Your Order No. : [protected] Order Placed On :[protected]:35:27 ABRO - Car Cleaning Kit - Shampoo + Wax + Sponge + Cloth which was priced at 860 rs and i got diwali offer and got it product for 330 rs and order was delayed. real problem start when i got the product the box was having sticker of 860 rs and diwali offer i felt cheated because 1.Product shown on box was not a part of product i got scratch remover shown on the box was missing.i got sponge instead. 2.price on shampoo MRP 60 Rs 3.Price on Wax 80 Rs Price on towel not there Price on sponge not there Means i got products which was not having worth more than 200, i am attaching all my pics to look after this matter i called snapdeal no response i mailed no response Diwali festival was a big fraud Rishabh sharma [protected]

I had ordered for Samsung note 3 neo 20/11/2014 from snapdeal I paid the cash on delivery but when I open it I saw the seal of box was opened and it was a second Hand phone.My complain no is 12348043
I immediately contacted snapdeal customer care they told they would come and collect within 48hours but no one called again no one came to pick the phone. I had to call customer care again now this time they told you need to send the courier by yourself.
I had to visit 5-6 courier agencies when I visited blue dart snapdeal customer service told they charge to high don't courier through them. Then I visited dtdc snapdeal customer service told don't courier through this agency we don't accept courier from them go to general post office . When I visited there general post office not accept phones or electronic device I had to again visit dtdc.
It has been last 15days I am behind my refund of Rs 22000/- I feels like we have to beg for our money . It's a shame for snapdeal
I don't receive any feedback not even any help from customer service it's real bad if you people order from snapdeal and know I have written this complain I don't know whether I am going to get my refund or no.
Know only option left for me is to consumer court
Today is 07/12/2014 there is no refund provide to me yet whenever I call customer they only say it's initiated call you in 48 hours
Now we all should stop complaining here and start moving to consumer courts and higher authorities to make this big cheaters realise what's the power of customer
