I ordered Coolpad Dazen 1 4G phone under HDFC cashback offer and made payement through my HDFC debit card.
As stated by snapdeal, I will get Rs. 285 and Rs.599 respectively for two orders, But here right now I'm facing again as earlier. They doesn't even respond to my complaint which made on their own website.

Still Puzzling by the support of customer support team of Snaldeal.
They said that we are still confirming that your are eligible or not, Despite it I'm eligible one, I had confirmed the order twice at there Customer care number before placing it, They said please order you are the eligible.

As told by the team I have ordered two Item of Rs.6099 via my HDFC Debit card.


Now when I have written the whole thing here Consumer Complaints, They have called me twice by this number +[protected].
And told me to complaint at HDFC support team than share the Complaint number at [protected]@snapdeal.com.

I know it wasn't the procedure as stated by snapdeal when I had placed the order.

So Its clear that Snapdeal is just using its chicanery tactics for forging the gullible customer or people.
Thats it.

Snapdeal.com should change their name to RealThieves.com

Because they are really Wilful Defaulter just like Mr. Vijay Mallya's United Brewreis and Kingfihser have made by PNB bank this month Recently.

Most shameful misconduct of commitment @ snapdeal is that I have called twice at this number +91 92 1269 XXXX before placing the above/following 2 orders -

And He the customer support team told that " Sir please place orders as you want and Your money is safe with us, Don't be panic end Your cashback of HDFC offers 10% and 5% would be credited in your respective HDFC account at fixed date, We are here for supporting and giving best services to our customers. And hung up my call by saying Sir please place the order, Your cashback would be credited at fix dates which are and some date of December 2015 ( I forgot the exact date)and 1 January 2016 for HDFC 10% and 5% offers respectively.

Here I placed the order instantly and now facing the bogus commitment of snapdeal.


The most rampaged scandal first of all Rs. 299 than Rs.100 than now Rs 884 which is still going on I don't know how far I have wander for it, It has taken almost a month in waiting for amount Rs. 884, and now after complaining here It has taken almost 72 Hours and still they are fooling me, By saying equivocal statements and irrelevant reasons and have have made forge commitment like 24 hours or 48 hours amount would be credited.
They called me in this 72 Hours 5 times and every time made just fake assurance by saying your money is safe with us, (This statement made me frustrated many times. A big Question mark ??????????????????????? )
and By forcingme to call HDFC to generate a complaint id form them, and send it to "[protected]@snapdeal.com" And however its not stated by snapdeal in terms & conditions of the offer. which I have sent in previous comments.

Sometimes I thought that by eating my money or public money through fake and chicanery offers, they are acquiring bunch of companies day by day like Reduce Data, Freecharge, Exclusives Store, Shopo, RupeePower, etc.

I have places yet approximately 10 orders as of now.. In these 5 orders out of 10 orders were cancelled automatically which was placed by COD mode. Than I called at this number +91 92 1269 XXXX, he told me that plz sir now order with online payment mode your order will be placed, So i had used my HDFC debit card for that order.

Since my SDCASH balance was Rs.299 so I paid Rs. 299 from sd cash and remaining amount by HDFC debit card and when the phone deliver at my door step is was seriously damaged and not even charging, SO I placed refund and The Snapdeal refunded my hdfc amount but not sdcash since It took me to resolve all the issue almost 2 months.

I literally so much disappointed by your poor services You wasted my valuable time and money too. I have orederd 4 times Coolpad Dazen 1 and all the times I didn't receive my product as I expected.
First t 2 times I ordered through COD and my order was cancelled automatically and last time when i paid all the money thorough my debit card Got i damaged product then order for a replacement and you refunded my money partially still it has been passed more than one week My money of SD CASH has not refunded yet.
From yesterday I want to order the same product but didn't get my money as of now. And the offer expired.
Now I want my full refund and compensation of my half month time that you wasted, Now I've decided to go for Consumer court forum thats the last option I have only right now, Cause each and everything has its own limit and you crossed the all borders all and the boundaries.
Sir I have not received the refund amount yet in my SDCASH account albeit my bank account has been credited by snapdeal same day but I don't know why you are delaying my SDCASH amount.
Actually I got a damaged product It wasn't even charging Its totally your responsibility if you guys really want that a regular customer would not be shifted to other sites as Amazon.
And its not the only issue I even oredred the same item four times and all the times There is a issue persists, Your services really hard to satiate a buyer.
Literally huge disappointment.
Even I have mailed at [protected]@snapdeal.com several times no body has replied to me yet and called you too but still my issue persists.
Don't even know what to do right now, Its just a mess !!!

Phone's display is blinking like disco lights, and even not charging.
When I first got the delivery at 11am today opened the package at 12pm today then after inserting sim cards and battery I connected the phone with the charger and suffered the below issues in a perpetuate way or series-
1 Issue- The phone was neither charging in Switch Off mode nor in Switch On Mode. Both the modes of charging Not in working situation. Extremely Disappointed.
2 Issue- When phone did not ON automatically after connecting the charger I switch on the phone by pressing the Power On key, and the same time phone's display LID UP like DISCO LIGHTS. Ponderous and abysmal Disappointment.
3 Issue and last issue is that all the rappers and packing stuff of the phone like Polythine bags of phone's, battery and even of the charger all are in torn condition (DAMAGED).

And Sir one more thing is that If its not possible to replace the same color of coolpad dazen 1 Baby Snow White color than you can send me the black color There is no problem with the color But Sir The whole matter is all about the mobile phone which is I'm in dying need of.
Please take my plunge positively I'm your regular buyer, I have bought several things yet but this time I'm literally so much disappointed.

And please its highly and stringently recommended that I NEED A SPEEDY REPLACEMENT.

And then again they blocked my Rs. 100 cashback.

SO my whole user experience if anyone ask me to rate snapdeal service at a scale of 10 then I would really mark it at 0.12.
And 0.12 marks for there cashback offers, which are desperately forge, fake, bogus and I can say that its name would be "RealThieves.com " instead of "Snapdeal.com " so the verdict is lucent or clear.
