I have ordered woodland khaki sandals in snapdeal but they delivery the wrong product and i raise a complaint for replacement but in replacement again i got wrong product and again i raise complaint for total refund amount after that i got a confirmation mail and telephonic call from snapdeal. Sir can you please return the product by your self by any national couriers and next share the courier recpict with our snapdeal team when we receive your courier receipt after that we start the refunding process into your bank account and courier charges also.. as per the snapdeal confirmation mail i have return the product by Dtdc couriers ans i share the courier receipt with snapdeal but snapdeal team was not starting process and not refunding my money Was this information helpful? | |||
