I have puchase a mobile order no [protected] from snapdeal with 4 gb internal memory but when i got the mobile it was having 2gb memory. Pls help me on this as snapdeal is misselling product. Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear concern i got a call from snapdeal and they deny to replace the product. But this is a clear case of "not delivered the described product" then who is responsible for this?? That Customer who have placed order having faith on you?? Sanpdeal responsibily is only to take profit. Pls recall my product and return the money else i will open this complain and will fight aginst it.

I still not get any satisfactory answer from your end. By giving wrong product to customer you are cheating them.
