[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not received the mobile | |||
I have purchased Micromax Canvas Knight A350 Black & Gold with an Order No. : [protected] on[protected]. And the product is supposed to be delivered on[protected] by bluedart courier. In bluedart website it is showing my mobile has been received at nagpur on[protected], but as per them the product was missing. After several complaints to bluedart customer care and snapdeal customer care still the product has not been received. They are simply extending the expected delivery date. I never expect this kind of service from both snapdeal and bluedart and never ever suggest all of my friends to buy any product from snapdeal. K. SUNIL KUMAR Was this information helpful? | |||
