Dear sir/ madam. this is Srimannarayana, from hyderabad. on June 27th i have ordered HUGGIES DIAPERS worth of Rs. 424, in the middle of the process, when i am making the payment, an error has come and the amount was deducted. after that i have given many e-mails to snapdeal customer care, but no use, then i have registerd a complaint in AKOSHA.COM, on Aug 13 The snapdeal has respond and they have initiated SD Cash resund For Rs 424. but i have asked to refund it into my bank account. from last one Month there was no reply from them. whenever i call them saying it is under process... even i spent Rs.500 from June 27th to till now, for moble bill and internet bill. such a worstdeal that snapdeal. pls make my money back into my a account sir.. thanking u Srimannrayana Was this information helpful? | |||

Its all fake i have got a defective product a watch of Belmonte company i returned that product and have asked
for a refund. It has been informed to me that your refund got initiated on December 14th, 2014 through NEFT.
Tell me one thing how many days used to take to get credited to account as per rules maximium of 3 days
Snap deal is one of the fraud company i had ever seen. I just want to get my refund.
What are the necessary actions i have to take i will take all the actions.

I have ordered Titan wallet from Snapdeal on 4th February, Order no : . After the time of online payment I received message from snapdeal as below
"Dear NIYATI JHA, we noticed that your purchase at Snapdeal wasn't
completed. Please check your email and try again. In case the amount has
been debited, we will refund it. View more offers at http://bit.ly/1aKYVlY
So I checked my Snapdeal account and I did not find any order, so As per their message I paid money again because when I contacted them, They told that your 1st order was not completed and we will give you your money back in 48 hours and your second order will be dispatched.But instead of refunding money, they dispatched two wallets order no : 1) [protected] 2) [protected]
and I have ordered only one, they only told me to pay again and they need to cancel order.
Since Last three days I have been calling them but they are not ready to listen anything.
Looking for solution.
Suffered a lot till now.
