i had orderd a product Cubix Back Cover Cases For Motorola Moto G - Black but when i received the wrong product immediately then they gave(This email is with regards to the request #8737677 against the order number [protected]..) reply like this(1. Please call central helpline number of Blue Dart at [protected]. 2. Please provide them the centralized account number 266884. 3. Please provide them AWB No[protected] to book the reverse pick-up. 4. Please keep your product ready after registering the pick-up with Blue Dart.) as they said i called bluedart they are lifting phone but not responding i lost almost 75rupees after i contacted snapdeal.com and said about the problem every time they register complaint about this but no one is responding the worst service ever seen in my life almost 2months completed no one is responding i called them a lot of time but no one is responding i lost half price of product money by simply making calls today 17/10/2014 they just called me and said simply there is no return for this product and we cant return your money do what ever u want to do the cost of the product is (279rupees) and by making calls i lost around 130-140 rupees and neither i have a product satisfaction Was this information helpful? | |||
