[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Wrong product delivery

Through the online shopping website SNAPDEAL.COM, I had placed an order for 1T 3 star Airconditioner, Make Hithachi, Model no. Kaze Plus RAW311KUD, was placed on 22rd march 2014. The full payment was made through credit card. Delivery was made on 1st April 2014. The delivered product was found to be of wrong specification (RAW312KUDI). The same was informed immediately to snap deal through phone call and subsequently a mail was also sent.
It is informed to me that the wrong product will be taken back by 7th April 2014. It was not picked up. Then a mail was received on 7th April from Snapdeal asking to send back the product. I informed that my incapability to arrange the courier as I was on official tour. I told them to send their representative to collect the product from my house. Snapdeal informed that they will arrange reverse pickup in 4 days.
On 11th April nobody had come to pickup the product. The same was informed to them 12th April. On 13th April, they told that within 48 working hours, it will be picked.
I called them at their customer care number [protected] today, i.e. 15th April and again I was told that it will take 4 days.
I have not received the correct product even after 23 days of placing the order.

I bought a parker pen on 11.10.2014, but i receive pen on 19.10.2014.this pen also sent wrong product.then i return my product through bluedart on 21.10.2014.still i dodn't receive my product

time i order from snapdeal this is the worst experience i had .I want

Kindly refer the order in the reference cited which was ordered on 7.12.2014 and delivered wrong product on 15.12.201, and the same was reverse pick up was done by NUVOEX vide in order SND 0348681 on 18.12.2014.

After reverse pick up, no message was received till date. I request that you may please be sent the SANSUI 40FB9XKF 101.6 CM (40) Full HD. immediately or return back my soon.
