I purchased philip led tv 39’ on 28th march 2017 from 1 of your reputed dealer “snehanjali – kandivli east’.
On 4th september 2017 around 2.30pm burning smell came from tv which was very weared, we check our each & every electrical connections but we found it was coming from backside of the tv.
I lounge a complaint in the evening around 8.45pm, the executive gave a commitment of resolution of 48hrs to 72 hrs which i accepted due to ganpati visarjan the very next day, got a reference number through message mum[protected] with response code r34886.
On 6th september 2017 got a message from your company itself, that my tv will be repaired from 1 of your well-trained executive mr. Dinesh ([protected]), svc point [protected] & scode s91511 appointment date today at 2:00pm, my sister by herself called up him around 3:00pm for which he said “15 min lagega aur 30mins bhi lag sakta”& he came around 3.15pm. I think sending an appointment time is useless. As i know the executive may stuck in traffic or some other natural delays. (Advice :- at least a call to be given to customers in case of delays rather than keeping someone wait – “time is very much precious in todays time - yours & mine`s too”.
Your well trained executive put some solution on the backside of the tv and said some board needs to be changed which he can replace it if it is available in your company means spending 29k+ amount in led tv is something like am buying 200rs thing which is not sure when it can be available, so for that thing too we have to wait for more 2-3 days as per your executive statement.
After everything was windup, my sister asked him why such things occurred within 4 and half months time period, he replied “1 year many repair/problems occurs in led tv comparing with smart phones costing at high prices also get problems which is not been guaranted” it means paying my hardcore money in your led tv is just like paying for roadside things which is not been guaranteed from that roadside seller.
Huge reputed company like philips & snehanjali sells products costing in lacs are also not guaranted if your small products are like roadside.
I need a response in a positive manner as soon as possible... I want a replacement if board is not available or compensation if delay in repairs.
Buying a "philips product" was the biggest mistake of my life... But i will not let it take a toll over me anymore..
This was the 1st time i purchased your product rather than samsung.
Trust which was bulid in this 4 months took me just some hours to broke in several mannerism.
Looking forward for best resolution and customer experience going forward with philips.
Will not appreciate any further delay
