This company is completely a fraud. I had paid the complete service amount of rupees 3000. The technician replaced all but one part and told me that he will replace the remaining part(RO) the next day as he had forgotten the tools. He left the remaining part at our home. He assured me that the bill will be sent to my email ID.
It has been over a month now, have been calling the service center every day, their response is that they have no knowledge about this particular technician. They are not sending me the bill for the service. The technician has blocked my number.
The water is moldy green, all 3 in our family have throat infections due to this. Finally, a technician came to our house after a month of calling every day. He says that the RO part the previous technician had left is a fake and now he will replace it with an original with a cost of rupees 2500.
The new technician called his manager in front o[censored]s but the manager argues that he has no knowledge of the technician and he can't do anything about it.
