Worst experience ever. My purifier was not working so i called them.. Technician came he did amc for 3500rs. He said he need to install 1more equipment inside which will make the filling faster. As he was not having that with him at that time he told he would come and fix it on the next day and went, but he didn't turn up then.. It's been 15days, his phone is switched off these many days. And everyday i was calling their office and on each time i have to repeat the story and they will say the same thing 'will send the techinician tomorrow mam" since 2weeks i am hearing these words.. For filling just 5litrs it is taking more than 3hours. Even if i put it on for whole night it is nt getting filled. And lots of water is getting wasted. So i stopped even using the purifier. And ia m struggling here to get water. These people don't even care about their customer s.
They are cheaters. Don't trust them. They will behave smoothly until they get money. After that they will just vanish. They don't even deserve 0.5 ratings.
Please don't buy anything from them.. You will get cheated. All the people inside this company are same type.
