I had purchased the aqua grand water purifier from sona water solutions. I was told that it is 1 year 3 maintenance free with replacement. But during the 1 year i have been calling sona water purifiers but no one has come to my place. They have been giving me different numbers of technicians who would be coming, but finally no one attends the call. It is 1.5 years. There has been no services done. My filters are worn out and water leaking. When called the sona water solution manager, vikram he says i have to pay for the filters. Alternatively he suggests me to go for amc.
This company has not responded to any of my calls. There were totally 7 calls i made in past 1 year. And the company has not taken any interest. The water is now so bad that it is causing health issues and frequent cold to me and my family.
Request you to please look into this issue and help me get this fixed ir else help me with refund.
