[Resolved]  Sona Water Solutions, Bangalore — Sona Water solutions service will not be good.

Yes even I'm got cheated by these ppl they convencied us to go for AMC after that till we call n ask them to check they didn't come...when they came to check the technician didn't do anything except cleaning I told him to change candle as TDS level was 243 but he didn't change...
We are not getting tasty water TDS is increasing day by day called 100 times but they took very lightly manager is giving different technicians number which who is never picking call I'm fed up

I also faced same problem as yours

I took Aquagrand water purifier from “Sona water solutions” through their sale person with 2 year of warranty on 12-sep-2014 with original receipt and just after 3 months, Water purifier started giving me problem like taking time to fill full water ~ 6 hrs (which was half & hour earlier at time of purchase) and TDS above 160 (which was ~30 at time of purchase).

I was following up with Sona water solution Area manager for almost 3 months from Dec-14 to till now but they answer I always got (Technical person will come tomorrow) even 3-4 times few members came and eventually saying there are some problem in membrane or pump. we will come tomorrow 7 rectify it but tomorrow never turned up.

Hence after frustrating / disappointed a lot with these Sona water fraud guys and I putting up this complaint and bringing it to your notice so that other customer are not cheated and do not face such kind of issue.

I would really appreciate your help to bring this on to consumer forum so as I get the problem rectified. Also, I would suggest others to not to turn for “Sona Water Solution” as their services are really frustrating and cheating the customers.

Hi I have renewed the AMC through sona water after repeatedly promise by them that they will provide good service.

But as usual they are cheater and fraud. Last 30 days I am chasing them for servicing but no response from them.

My complaint id is KR10185. I am not sure if this is correct or not.

I have taken AMV of 2 feb 2018 for the year I got the problem and my complain number KR11035 i have been calling for 3 week they are not responding at all. They started cheating people. If we have to go the consumer court i am ready joining hands tele [protected]

We have bought aqua pearl and mANY TIMEs we had faced the problem hence they have informed us to Pay 3000 for AMC for uniterrupted service and we did it was informed by the Sona water that evrything will be resolved. But after making the payment all ### have blocked my number from service person to manager and everytime they say promisingly that it will be resolved but no sign. Big time frauds and cheaters friends please do not buy any products from Sona water they will cheat you.

They are selling machine in hosur after now they are telling service not avl even warranty there also, I tried so many times for service later one of the fraud guy(Ramirez) told me to repair from ur side we will pay through pay tm and we have done but still money not came, they are sending fake pay tm money as screen shot message . especially that receptionist they have well trained for cheating .

Sona Water Solutions:
Led by Mr Rameez, customer care: Karthik, Technician: Azim, Deepak, Shoaib, Ganesh -- All are junk people and cheaters.
Once you AMCS, only answer you will get is: the item that is needed to fix your machine is out of stock.

Modus operandi of Sona Water:
They will send technician for FREE service (no charge), that guy will tell list of problems in your Water purifier. He will insist you to take AMCS.
They charge Rs 2, 500/- and PROMISE to replace (in writing on Bill) 1. Carbon, 2. Sediment, 3. RO membrane, 4. UV light, 5. FRT, 6. SV

Once you have paid for AMCS, they will disappear.
No one picks up the call and NO service

My machine was all good with TDS as: 60
They changed carbon and sediment filter and collected 2500 Rs for AMCS
After this change the TDS has gone to: 165

I called and reported this to Sona Water Customer Care and to Rameez, they sent technical again who says RO membrane needs to be changed.
Its 10 days already (as on 23-Jan), when Sona Water Karthick and Rameez telling me that RO membrane is out of stock.
Why are they running company if they don’t have basic items like RO membrane in stock.

Cheaters they are !

The same thing is to happen with me, I have taken AMC now they are not picking my call

I took Aqua grand water filter from Sona water solutions on 23rd july 2020. And i was told that it has 2 years garranty & warranty and life time service free. Tha same is mentioned in the bill. Now it's giving more noise and taking more time to get filled the water full. Now they are saying that I need to pay service charge and parts cost.
It's very bad and it's fraud company.
