Sony India — Worst Service of sony & trying to grab money | |||
Date:23.1.2015:- Referring to my sony C3 handset problem I would like to bring your kindattention to my problem. I purchased sony C3 1.5 months before. When I took handsetSim was been put by seller into my cell by his own hands. Later it was showingnetwork continuously. But 4days before when I was trying to remove my sim itwas not removing and the tray was stuck. I went to your authorized servicecentre at Pimpri Chaitanya Electronics, Ticket ID[protected] date-19Jan, 2015.There was saying that just my tray is stuck & pl remove it. But I was beingasked to pay 170rs for a small service of sony. Neither my cell was having anydamage nor cosmetic damage, then why I had been made to pay 170 rs?? Icalled to your customer care on 19th itself & talked with Mr. Sandeep, he assured me that I don’thave to pay for this if my sim is removed without any damage to cell but stillI was not been supported by sony I had to pay for getting my cell back. I haveask just 1 question that is this the service given by sony to customers?? I wasloyal customer to nokia & Samsung but having an false brand image of sony Ihad made big mistake in buying sony phone. Also mysoftware was not updated but in job sheet & bill memo the engineer has writtenthat he has updated software. Regretting purchase of sony gadget. Was this information helpful? | |||
