Speed Post — Non delivery of the most auspicious card from bank. | |||
Hello Sir, I am Akarshak Kumar from Laheriyagunj, Madhubani, I have an account In Hdfc Bank so I applied for their credit card and as per their norms they have dispatched it within 2 days of the application On 4th-September-2015 via Speed post and the consignment number is- EX[protected]IN, Kindly check this tracking number first it was dispatched correctly but when it reached to DARBHANGA H.O they mentioned missent and reverted it back to NSH MUZAFFARPUR and the cycle goes on 5 to 6 times, It was to reach to Madhubani as per the pin code mentioned but then too, after that I logged a complaint on their website but non response was taken, I tried 4 times to complain but then too no one is their to look after it. the card's expiry date is 20th of september-2015, so I called up to NSH MUZAFFARPUR, DARBHANGA H.O, Postal Traning Centre S.O and Post Master General to ask and inform so that I can come to darbhanga only for picking up the article but non of them received my call, and in Darbhanga H.O one guy received and started talking slangs. Is this a good way to communicate or to serve people? If they are unable then they must abort the speed post service forever. So careless and rude peoples, Please Sir I want my card within 20th of september-2015 because I am going out of station for longer period of time on 21st-September-2015 Was this information helpful? | |||
