Spice Jet Airlines — luggage lost

sir Very sadly I want to inform you that I have lost my Luggage during my journey from Delhi to Agartala on 26.07.2014. The luggage contained so many precious things. After arriving at Agartala airport, when i found my one luggage missing I contact to Spicejet ground staff. He said that they will send my luggage at my home address and at the same time he issued a Luggage irregularity certificate . After few days when I saw that they are not returning my luggage I again complain to spicejet complain no [protected]. But whenever I call at this no agent told me that complain was under process. After so many times ( more than 6 month) lapse they never contact with me nor return me my luggage. Please take necessary step to get back my luggage. thanking you sir.
