I own a 1Mbps unlimited plan, and facing slow connection speed problem since last 2-3 months, I don't even receive half the speed as per my plan. Tried calling the Customer Support number and even mailed them 3-4 times, but no reply from their side....

Hi, I Purchased (7 month _ 1 Mbps Unlimited Plan from SPiDiGO.) I registered complain in SPiDiGO customer care 3 times in a week. Whenever I complained they provide proper speed for few hours after that Speed is Rustically down and next day Internet is not working. And for this plan they take all money in advance. my spidigo id is rajendra.25. i have complained about this problem with ticket no.[protected],[protected],[protected].Whlie complainig they always say that our technical team will get in touch with you shortly. Without solving the problem they had closed my complaint. Till date not a single technical person came to my house nor on phone....

1. I'm not able to log in first of all and SPiDiGO home page ain't responding 2. SPiDiGO company ain't responding my calls (calling since 4 days) they never pick call 3. when i do log in (i have to login 3 to 4 times) then after all the net starts 4. then it logout's AUTOMATICALLY !!! 4. then can't even log in for sometime while i'm doing some important thing NET goes off...

Whenever I Complaint regarding Internet connection they put me on halt of 15-20 minutes (500 Rs per month Extra I spent on calling Spidigo Customer care). Since last 2 months successive 4-5 days their connection is lost for a whole day or 2 days. I Repeatedly complaint their customer care but they solved it temporarily. I always argue for permanent solution always give me there is a repairing work is going on. I paid 15 months subscription...

Internet connection is not stable since last 15-20 days and company is not able to provide the appropriate solution for that. Their login page automatically logs out and sometimes when web page not able to load though we are login. And customer support is not giving call back as they said while registraing complain....

There has been only one month since the net has been installed to my premises and there is a very bad output of it. in the span of 1 month i have only been able to use it max 10 days. it is too slow in comparison to its speed of 1mbps. and the rest days it is always shown as 'limited network'...plz cooperate and make this problem solve...i was never expecting this such problem from such a big brad SPIDIGO... I have requested for new connection to Mr. Sakib - Speedigo Executive( [protected] ) 0n 12.02.2015. He has collected cheque from me but not made installation. I have requested for refund of my money on 25.02.2015. Till date I have not received refund of my money. I have written so many mails but they are not responding at all. I had connection from last 2 month. In this 2 month i had complained atleast every week about connction problem. every time their man come without laptop. i had never got proper connection in 2 month. This is one of the wrost internet connection provider company in the world. Thry should shut their company. Otherwise people will shut this company....

I have requested for the refund of the payment made towards providing internet service and the company has not able to provide service efficiently. After which on 22/01/2015 i requested for the refund. The company refunded the amount but it was not properly calculated so i requested for recheck. After 2 months of all this the company has not resolved my problem....
