Hi,

I booked Indane gas on Dec 27, 2016 and got text message on next day that "Cashmemo of amount generated and shall be delivered shortly". On Dec 30, 2016 got text message that "booking stands cancelled as Door closed". This is completely fictitious. Earlier also I have got such untrue reason twice given by agency. So I have asked my family members to keep the door opened. Very initial days they used to contact us on registered mobile number if they are unable to deliver because of such reasons. But nowadays they simply tell this default reason for not delivering to get more amount for subsequent delivery. I dont know why are we providing them our contact no, alternate no etc.

Should take severe action on them for giving such untrue reasons.
