Sri Rama Agencies — Worst Service

I had applied for gas connection on 11-Dec-2014 and I was told that if I take a full set, the connection will be given immediately. As I already had gas stove, I couldn’t go for full connection and then I was told that connection will hardly take 10 days for inspection. But, still no inspection has been done in spite of contacting every day to gas agency(Sree Rama Indane Gas Agencies, No.1, 6th Cross, Dayanand Layout, Hoysala Nagar, Tc Palya Main Road, Ramamurthy Nagar). As directed by Sree Rama Indane Gas Agencies staffs, I tried to contact MR. Aanji (who take care of the inspection), he had replied saying it is customer urgency not his responsibility. This agency provide worst service.
