I booked Indane gas on Dec 27, 2016 and got text message on next day that "Cashmemo of amount generated and shall be delivered shortly". On Dec 30, 2016 got text message that "booking stands cancelled as Door closed". This is completely fictitious. Earlier also I have got such untrue reason twice given by agency. So I have asked my family members to keep the door opened. Very initial days they used to contact us on registered...

I really don;t know what to tell about this Agencies very time if we call there are least bother to attend the phone.. i dont what ______________ work they are so superb busy people... every time no response on call nor they will support the customers... Please check out such people from the job & provide the job for poor guys who works hard... They are unfit for this job let them all to to hell who all are working there including ladies...

I had applied for gas connection on 11-Dec-2014 and I was told that if I take a full set, the connection will be given immediately. Hi, I am Jayesh and consumer of Rama Gas Agency (Indane). I have booked for refill on 14 Sep 2013, i waited for 15 days and finally got message for cash memo generated on 29 Sep 2013. After 2 days of cash memo generated, there is no delivery of my gas cylinder. I visited the agency next day morning, lady at the service was asking my consumer number, after telling her number she confirmed my address and asssured that Cylinder will be delivered...
