a parcel has been sent from bangalore on 15/04/2021, L.R. NO-01/04/424, has been dispatched on 15/04/2021, but still i didnt receive the parcel kindly make as soon as possible

No time sense to BUS management, and they are looking for only profit not customer satisfaction, driver behavior is rude and no mobile charger in sleeper couch sheets.
Please take compliments from my side and take action on this, I use monthly twice in this SRS company BUS. And plead educate driver and staff how to behave with customers....

Yesterday I got parcel from hometown and that parcel came to the S.R.S logistics to s.c road anand rao circle and. I call to customers care but no one picking my calls almost 20 times I called really this is worst service......

I booked a ticket with SRS travels and the bus was cancelled. It has been 10 months now, even after trying to contact them multiple times through customer service contract numbers and emails, I haven't received refund....

Hi, I am manjula Jeerigiwad, yesterday I booked ticket in SRS Travels from CBD Belapur (Navi Mumbai) to Dandeli.. Bus Timing was to arrive 10.50pm but it arrived at 11.35pm, . And the destination reaching time to Dandeli is 8.30am morning, but still our bus is in sankeshwar at this time, From 7am to 8am they stopped in sankeshwar for breakfast, , I don't no whom to contact for this, once the driver came near bus I am asking him at what time...

I'm nandeesh working as advocate. I haved ticket booked by redbus on 05th March 2021 from Napoklu to Banglore night trip 9:30 to 4:30 . But bus not operated on that day. I complaint to redbus through mail they answered bus operated . SRS customer care person told roughly large against srs travell we will face ur action. Actually I'm daily traveling by srs bus to Napoklu and banglore.
Please solve the problem as soon as possible sir...

I booked ticket on Friday but I'm receiving a message now just before 4hrs of my boarding that I need a covid test how could I get a covid test results within 4hrs

We booked the SRS travels from bangalore to pollachi .

I have travelled last 2 nights in SRS Bus. And also i am frequent traveler in SRS Bus. Nowadays Behavior of your driver and co driver is simply arrogant. They are not at all customer friendly. Since they want take rest always, they are not allowing bigger Luggage also not allowing us to keep in Locker area. All are carrying in to inside the bus. And it is leading to disturbance for other passengers and also safety issue.

The way the bus driver talks is very poor, the bus has a charging point, it is closed and when asked to start it will not be denied that ...
He is also a cleaner in a dirty way, he talks very poorly....

Cab driver [protected] Company employee cheating money, ask money by saying he will return 1 week but wont return even after many years, he does like this for many employee....

On 6-5-2021, Vehicle number ka01Af7511 was heavily runshing towards the busy road and reckless driving on reserve bank of inda road in bangalore, i just stopped and requested not to be reckless but the driver abused me very badly and filthy languague and said nobody can touch him or bother him .
So i request not entertain these fellow and down your company image ....

Soupposed to arrive by 10 am... We were delayed by two hours... I guess they have changed the route for their parcel delivery work... Worst experience with my two kids...

Bus from Bangalore to gulbarga departure time was 6:30 pm.. but the bus condition is poor and driver has stopped the bus right in yeshwantpur since from 2 hours(and may be don't know till when they solve the problem).. when asked for the reason he said some dynamo problem..you people have already delayed alot.. very poor service...
