[Resolved] Standard Chartered Bank — imposing late fine | |||
card no [protected]. As per the statement, full demanded amount rS 11788.40 has been paid through net banking on 5th Nov'14 FROM hdfc BANK where the due date of SCB was 6th Nov'14. The amount got debited from my account on 5th itself. Bank has penalised late fee Rs 700/-. Lodged my concern with Customer care phone no. Today received a sms my request for reversal is regretted by bank.Failed to understand, why the bank has behaved contrary to their goodwill.
