Standard Chartered Bank — Settlement of Outstanding against card no.[protected]

Dear Sir My balance is Rs. 1300 a against card no.[protected] of Deepak Gupta date. I have sent so many mails to settle my outstanding to the customer care but still not get any positive response from them. Every time they call me on my no [protected] to settle extra charges. As i was stuck in Srinagar during flood my car is totally loss and not able to pay amount from Srinagar that time. As the Standard Charted customer care is not responding even not provide me complaint no. Also they block my card two months back. Please help me to settle my outstanding amount of Rs.1300.
