Name S K SHUKLA PAN No.AXPOS6477L DOB 02/06/1960 Sir I Had a saving a/c at Haddows Rd. Chennai and a credit card with you. During 2010 I had to leave Chennai hence I closed my saving a/c No.[protected] and on same day as per the advice of your officer on duty after paying entire dues on my card I surrendered it wit him. He only in front of me cut the card in four pieces and assured that the card and saving a/c matter is over for ever. As I changed my employment I did not use the email id ([protected]@rediffmail.com) for very long time. Somehow I visited the id and found this shocking mail from you. I beg to state that how u can claim such big dues when card was not used for even once because it was collected by your own officer at the time of account closing.
