[Resolved]  Standard Chartered — Non Receipt of Redemption Items

This complaint is regarding 1). Non reciept of redemption item which are NOT recieved from last three months 2). Non reciept of titanium card from last two months but bank is not taking effective measures to solve the complaint. Kindly go through following for understanding the history of communication between customer and bank/customer care for above matter ===>FIRST COMPLAINT 02/09/2013 : ===>Customer Expectation :- To resolve the complaint and get his mentioned redemption items on time ===>Actions on the complaints :- Following communications/complaints have been made at https://ibank.standardchartered.co.in/nfs/ibank/compose_mail_entry.htm?r=03E7C5A... during the course of time but still the issue is NOT solved. Everytime same reply is given """The processing of the said request is taking a little extra time than anticipated. However, we would revert to you with our resolution shortly.""" Arnd 20-25 online complaints and called the customer care couple of times. But no output. Recieved callback from customer care 4-5 times, they verify my details and complaint details and then do not revert back with solution. Hence Actully nothing is happening. ===>RESPONSE FOR LATEST COMPLAINT customer.care Nov 12 (6 days ago) to me Ref : 11/13/053391/SP/CRD Dear Mr. Shah, This is with reference to your recent communication with us. We understand from your communication that you had placed the request against M/s. Book My Show Gift Voucher for Rs. 150.00 and had not yet received the same. We request you to visit our website and you can go to Order History and can view the e-voucher code. Assuring you of our best services always, Yours sincerely, On behalf of Standard Chartered Bank Revathy R Officer - Customer Care === AND === customer.care Nov 14 (4 days ago) to me Ref : 11/13/065385/SP/CRD Dear Mr. Shah, This is with reference to your communication regarding your card account. We have received your complaint regarding non-receipt of gift voucher towards redemption. Based on your complaint, we had initiated investigation and found that the gift voucher has been delivered at your mailing address on August 08, 2013. We request you to confirm on the same. If you still not in receipt of the gift voucher, we request you to revert us to check and do the needful. Assuring you of our best services always, Yours sincerely, On behalf of Standard Chartered Bank Unnamalai Officer - Customer Care ===>CURRENT STATUS ============= 1. Redemption items A) Dr Morepen item I raised First Complaint 02 Sept 2013 Bank replied 14 Nov 2013 Taken > 2 months to give information According to Bank... Item delivered on 08 Aug 2013 to someone n somewhere Sorry i can not track/search 3 months old courier... But if Bank can plz track it and deliver I have NOT recieved any such item. B) Bookmyshow vouchers - Bank told the path in your response from where to get the vouchers. There, it says " Expiry 25/09/2013 " Bank responded on 12/11/2013 Why have given expired coupons ???????? 2. Please provide status of my titanium card delivery which is pending from 2 months.. ??????? ===>REQUEST ======= Kindly take some action on such type of irresponsible behaviour of the bank so that they stop harassing customer in such a manner and Bank should not fool around and should fulfill their commitments of providing quality services to the customers timely and effectively. Moreover please deliver my things as early as possible.
