I have been using bsnl since long. On 13th april 2019 received sms thanking for subscribing to love pathshala and charged rs.5/- on 15th april i called tollfree no.155223 to unsubscribe and was confirmed as unsubscribed but was charged rs.5/- even on toll free use. Today i. E 16.04.2019 i received a sms that love pathshala is renewed for 3 days for rs.5/- Please stop harassing me with unnecessary, unsolicited pack of music service. Stop immediately this torture of controlling my prepaid bsnl recharge amount for promoting your useless pack or i will have to port my number to save my money and mind. Please refund the amount so far debited and Urgently stop sending love pathshala pack and charging me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
