Sunrise International — Furniture item delivered much delayed

I bought item for 16000, was promised that the item will be delivered within 8-12 weeks. It's not delivered yet nor is there any communication about delay in delivery. Customer support is terrible, person picking the phone is irresponsible, never took any action. One cannot even escalate as she says she is taking the call from home.
My amount is locked up with them and I don't know when I will receive it
