My order number is 8414.I ordered a bench from this website a month back and thereafter after a long delay it was dispatched.
FInally my product was supposed to be delivered by Gati courier but it was going on getting delayed and hence i spoke to Gati courier guys about by parcel.I got to know that the delivery is blocked by the Sunrise International company.After writing to them over chat the delivery block was removed by them.But till date i have not got my product delivered.They just tell me it will be delivered in 2-3 days.When i write mails to them..I had written to Ms Sonia, i was told not to write so much.
They are not giving me proper information and they had blocked my delivery and the payment was also done online.I want to know why are they doing like this?
the reason they give is your location is ESS hence there is delay.But then they should tell me by when i would receive it.They do not give any clear information.If they cannot deliver it then they can give back refund to me.
Pls help me either get my parcel or refund i have been really upset and feel harass by their attitude.In fact they should pay customers for all such harassment.
