I ordered a dining table on 26th Aug 2021... made full payment...
I waited patiently till 15th Oct send them a mail regarding delivery date of my product. Received a mail that goods under production and will be delivered on 19th —-20th Nov..
I again waited patiently till 25 th Nov... again sent a mail on 25 th Nov ...received a reply that the production could not take place as the labour was on a holiday from 2nd to 24 th Nov... will deliver your product till 20 th Dec.. I asked them to cancel my order and refund full amount to me..
to my utter astonishment they cancelled my order and refunded me the balance after deducting 20% as per their cancellation policy...
They are very unprofessional...
They tell you that the goods will be ready by 8—12 weeks...time..
They mentioned in their cancellation policy that this 8 to 12 weeks is excluding the labour holiday...
Then they mentioned that the labour had extended holiday so the goods could not be ready...
Is it the customer problem that the labour went for a long break...
Is it your duty when you mentioned that the goods will be ready by 8 to 12 weeks...it should be ready...
I made a big mistake by ordering with Sunrise International
