Hi I m Daman jeet.I took swarn mundra plan from Surat diamond jewellery pvt ltd through Reliance Money 2 year back.after some installment i was not satisfied with their services so i stoped my all next payment and till that time i had paid 24 thousand rupee.Before they guys told me that you will get your gold very soon and from last 3 month that time not come yet.whenever i call them they guys just say u will get it next 48 hours.they ask me for a address proof. i mailed it but still no response i m totally frustated with this behaviour. please guys help me out of this matter.
