[Resolved] Symphony Air Cooler — Zero day warranty on spare parts | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, My Diet 22i cooler main motor broke down last month. Cooler was out of warranty so I paid the amount and got it repaired. After 1 month of repair, again got problem in main motor. So I logged a complaint and contacted service centre to look and repair it. They told me that they will repair it but I have to pay again for it as they do not provide any warranty on parts. This is not acceptable at all. There must be some warranty with the parts. This motor is non repairable and costly. If I pay again and got it repaired, I will be having 0 day warranty and if next day it broke down I have to pay again. What king of after sail policy it is?. Example: I have a LG AC and there was cooling gas issue. Service guy refilled its gas and they provide me 3 months warranty. Its been 17th day after I have raised complaint and with no resolution.I would like to Symphony to look this and provide me an resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||
