I ordered food from this online food portal on 28/02/2015 at 8:10 PM and the order of Rs414/- was confirmed after online payment of Rs250/-after discounts.
The portal confirmed delivery of food by 8:50 PM and the restaurant also called for non-availability of 2 food items and their replacement as suggested.
After 2 hours the restaurant did not deliver and then on inquiry it said the same is under process.Restaurant was called twice for this but even after when the order was not delivered I tried to get back to the restaurant as well as the portal but none responded and even the restaurant switched off his mobile.
I then initiated a refund but this is total harassment of consumer as well as cheating as none of the two at any point of time said that they could not complete the order. Was this information helpful? |
