Tastykhana.in — Pathetic Response & Customer Service

My Name is Shailendra Ghodekar. I recently ordered food from tasty khana website. Order No. ND8G4QG78E. i received 2 mails after placing the order which stated that my order is confirmed and would be delivered at 8.45 PM. After waiting till 9.00 PM I tried calling tastykhana customer care but the number was switched off. later i though of directly calling the restaurant and check there. They told me that they have not received the order yet and it very usual from Tasty khana. I waited for almost 2 hours but still i didnt receive any call from Tasty khana nor the restaurant. Next day when i tried to apply for refund but the website of tastykhana is down. Such pathetic service and tasty khana wont even bother to inform the customer about the status of the order. I was depending on tastykhana for my dinner but even after paying the amount for dinner i didn't receive it and its almost more than 12 hours now but still no email neither any call from tasty khana regarding my order. I would request everyone to please go through my post and other similar post which are there on the internet and please stop using Tasty khana if you want to have food on your preferred time and if you want to save your money. For Tasty Khana, Kindly provide me a complete refund as your website is still down and i am still not able to apply for refund. Regards, Shailendra [protected]
