Not Getting commission

I am Partha Pratim Bhunia, worked as a Life Planner at Tata AIA Life Insurance industries and my agent Id is 4805508. Regarding Policy Cancellation

Hi Sir/Madam,

I was mailing Tata AIA to cancel one of my policy from May-2021 month which comes under freelook cancellation, but now today[protected] company is saying that the freelook cancellation period got expired as it was of only 15 days.

The company responded back after 15 days it's their mistake and now they are not giving my refund....

Policy No: C301083140-Non Receipt of Dividend and other payout amounts

For my Policy No: C[protected] I submitted Aadhaar Card, Bank Pass Book and Cancelled cheque scanned copies through mail.Subsequently I was asked to send masked aadhaar card copy and PAN card copy.
I sent these documents also through my mail which has been acknowledged by Tata AIA vide request number 75044247 dated 26th June, 2021.

Despite a lapse of around 10 days after this my payouts (Dividend etc., ) have not yet...

Non receipt of bonus shares

I have been a shareholder of Tata communications limited since 2015. I am having 100 since then in my demat account. My DP ID is IN301516 and Client ID is 10143826. From my demat account I have come to know that the bonus shares issued by the company in September 2020 at the rate of 2:1 has not been credited so far. I was told by an lady agent named moumita das., that i will receive 9 lakhs plus on maturity & also every year on my birthday i will get 4k something credit on my account., later when i didn’t receive any credit this year on my birthday i contacted her & she said she will let me know but after that so many day passed she didn’t let me...

Not coming to pick up return

I had bought a mouse from them, saw that the seal was broken and item is scratched and used. Took pics and placed a refund option on 11th march, today its 26th still no initiate of return, I had called them they assure that he will pickup tommorow, but nothing happened till now, even mailed them, still no sign. Worst experience....

My payout for Year 2020 and 2021 not paid to me and adjusted in the name of APL. Also I had paid excess amount over and above my premium in 2020 and again been asked excess this year in the name of APL...

I had applied for issue of credit card from hdfc bank instead of issueing a credit card, a tata aia life insurance policy .Has been executed by hdfc bank without my consultation .Since hdfc bank is olso a policy agent (code no.[protected]it appears that bank has intentionally executed policy which is incorrect.Tata aia has olso deducted a sum of rupees 5742/-and olso shown (-)rupees 15875/-from my bank account which is highlly objectionable.Request...
