[Resolved]  Tata Aig — Claim refused

My wife Sunita Bansal Purchased A VERNA CRD SX 1.6 BSIV Sleek Silver Car From M/s Ultimate Automobiles PVT LTD, Chandigarh on dt 16/06/2014.We got TATA AIG Insurance vide cover note Number 12852886.The insurance policy was Bumper to Bumper.In the first week of oct.the side mirror of my Our car was broken in a minor accident and front bumper was also damaged.There were also minor damages to the car but when we sent our car for repair in the same Company M/s Ultimate Motors Pvt Ltd, We received a call from the surveyor, who told us that he can only pass the claim of Front bumper only and refused the rest claim.The claim of bumper was given, and Rs.2000/-was charged, inspite of the policy was bumper to bumper.At the time of giving policy, we were told that we have not to pay even a single penny in case of any accident.Now we demand the refunf of Rs.2000/-and the rest of repair of the car.Otherwise we have to proceed the court of Law.
