We are having [protected]@vsnl.Comaccount which we have given permission for migartion to tata docomo on[protected] and requested for invoice, so that we can make payment. Since then we are daily foloowing up with help line numbers 60607070, other helpline numbers and emails of various deptts [protected]@tatacommunications.com and [protected]@tatatel.Co.In withjout any resoloution of our problem of not able to receive or send emails using [protected]@vsnl.com account. Thisis leading us to financial loses as we are using [protected]@ vsnl.com for e-tenderring. Our earlier accoun number was[protected] new account number as per your email is[protected]. It is taking them more than three weeks to sort out problem, further whenever they reply or talk on telephone, no clarirty is there. Atleast there should be one point contact to understand and resolve
