Well our connection was disconnected on16 th March due to non payment of bills since we couldnt pay online as the company online payment system was not working. Paid through cheque the next week but still no connection. Registered a complaint on 30th March asking for an engineer to come and check. Was assured that it will be resolved within 72 hours ie 3 days but now 5 days has passed by but no communication from the company. Have made many phonr calls to the company including the floor manager Nehum but all of them failed to get the connection back. Very disappointed. Was this information helpful? |
