[Resolved] Tata Docomo — account debited but transaction not completed | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, on 26 jul 14 during process of online recharge of my Tata Photon a sum of Rs.450/- was debited from my state bank of patiala account but the transaction was not completed. I repeated the process and this time txn was successful. but my a/c was debited twice with Rs. 450/- each time. Txn no. ASBP[protected]IGX3149435 was not successful amount is not yet credited back in my a/c. you are requested to reverse the amount in my account and please reply on my eamil ID ramkumarmishra.[protected]@rediffmail.com Thanking you.
