Tata Docomo — Connectivity & speed | |||
I am getting problem in connectivity of my photon Wifi duos no [protected]. Complained at customer care twice over phone one week back. Visited nearest Tata Indicom Store at Shahara Mall Gurgaon Branch. they have forwarded the complain to again customer care. Complain No.[protected]. Yesterday i have received a call from photon [protected]. the same proble i explain over phone. they confrim within 24 hrs the issue will be resolved. On 23rd March morning i received a msg that the complain has been closed and the same connectivity problem i am facing. Again i called tata Indicom gurgoan shahara mall branch. they have again registered a compain bearing No.[protected]. please resolve the issue at the earliest else i will handover the device at Gurgaon Shahara mall branch and take the money back.
