[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — False promises from Nemesis solution in up-grading TataPhoton plus

Hi, I am seema. i am using Tata photon plus for more than 3 years. I got a call from Nemesis solutions, the executive name is Latha to upgrade my photon plus device to 3G.While calling they explained that the plan whatever i am using will not changed and a discount of Rs.150 will be deducted in the existing bill amount ( currently i am using 444Cap plan whihc is IBM corporate plan). I bought the device on 29th march 2014 after i got the mail confirmation from Latha. But after frequent calls and complaints they activated 3G as a separate account, it was not done as up-gradation. The 3G plan is 1000 Rupees plan. why should i go for it. I havent connected the device even for a single time. I dont want to use that.I called them, so many times and they are not picking up the calls, i was getting different numbers and trying to contact them. Two times they asked for two days time to change the 1000Rs plan to 444Cap plan. But till today it is not changed. i asked them for Refund and taking back the device that was the promise from Nemesis solution.But that is also not happening. she was saying that they send a mail to head office and will respond only when she will get the reply. And she was telling that it is up to me to decide what to do. Simply paid 1200, and now the 3G also activated for 1000Rs, any how i am not going to pay this. why should i pay for nothing. who will pay 1000 rs for simply calling these fraud people.My contact: [protected]. mail : lenin.[protected]@gmail.com

Nemisis Solution's is fraud company. cheating all the docomo customers.I tried to give complaint at docomo and those are not worried about these kind of things as they have lot of customers i think

yes you have called and told you cant upgrade Tata Photon to 3G but what should i do with the new device.

Before getting the device I was getting so many calls until i bought the device.. Once the device sold out the response is very poor.
you said contact nearby Docomo store. For buying the device you delivered it @ door step. Why cant you provide the service in the similar manner.

I want my 3G to be activated with 444 UNL corporate plan. Tell me what should i do and what is the process.

I will continue using photon plus. But activate 3G device [protected] with corporate plan.

If not possible contact the Nemesis solution, the executive name is Latha. the contact number is [protected]/[protected].
And ask them to refund the money.

Please dont tell its not our responsibility, they have called as tata teleservices only. i have believed because of that only.

I have a mail from her stating that i can use the same plan with discount of 150 rupees in each bill cycle.

Its already one month, how long i should wait.

What is the solution to whom i need to contact, I have already contact to TATA DOCOMO customer Care there is no solution. Please resolve the issue.

I got a call from nemesis solutions from some lady and she told me to port my aircel SIM to DoCoMo. she sent there distributior to my address & Evn they collected 850/-
In that 850rs 350 is activation charge nd 500 tey will lik refund..
But After this stuffs no response to my calls..it's v bad

Hi.. I have applied for prepaid to Post paid conversion for my mobile no [protected] through Nemisis Solution's along with photo copy of my Driving license and also paid an amount of Rs 350/ ( Slip No7884) on 19/03/2016. The postpaid sim card have not been activated yet, but at the same time my prepaid sim have stopped working since 22/03/2016 resulting which I do not have any connectivity from last 3 days.

I have been trying to call the sales representative on her Mob: No:[protected] but she disconnecting the call after recognizing my voice. I have called up customer care several time but did not get any solution.

Please solve the issue ASAP else I have no other choice other than taking some legal help.
