Good day mr thambiah, i am peeyush and have been a customer of tata photon plus since july 2013, however from last few days i am really disappointed and furious about the payback from tata tel. I have recharged my dongle twice in last 10 days and latest one was done day before yesterday. Just a classic example for today, don't want to share all in this complaint, hope tata tel will investigate others. As per cce (Neha gohar and praveen negi from senior escalation desk), i have used around 650 mb at 1 pm on july 17th, which i think opening only one website (Book my show) would not result in that, no windows update at all since july 1st. Not sure, why am i being charged for such heavy usages from last 2 weeks and forced to recharge this again and again. I am already up for taking a new connection with a much better service provider, however will not lose my hard earned money just because of a system glitch or any other company strategy as most of them are following these days. Writing this complaint hoping that i will be listened and provided with a resolution. Kindly get this matter investigated and provide a resolution.
