i m using the tata poton max wifi since 1 yr with a plan 1250 /Month and get 30GB but now without my permission they change my plan from 30GB per month to 10GB day+ 10GB night...i dont kw why they are doing such cheap activity ...very much disappointed by tata photon services My tata no . is [protected] thanks archana Was this information helpful? | |||

This is with reference to your concern regarding bill plan change for your Tata Photon connection number . At the outset we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
As per the discussion over the call, we understand and wish to inform you that the current bill plan of [protected]@Rs.1250 unlimited has been completely deleted from the system.
At Tata Photon, it's our constant Endeavour to provide good experience to our customers through new products, improved services & enhanced infrastructure. We are continuously investing in our infrastructure & upgrading our networks. As a result, there is a marginal increase in the cost due to which we are revising our tariff portfolio.
We would also like to inform you that as per the Terms and Condition on TEF (Tariff Enrollment Form), tariffs and schemes are subject to change. The tariffs are revised from time to time and duly communicated to customers also. This is also in line with the guidelines set by TRAI.
Further such changes has been implemented are as per the periodical revisions and has been carried out by other service providers also. TATA Indicom has refrained from these changes for some time as compared to other service providers. In the changing telecom scenario and increase in Input Costs we are bringing about these changes.
