[Resolved] Tata Indicom — Overbill despite connection cancellation request | |||||
Respected sir / ma'am, This is with respect to the tata photon no. [protected]. I had requested for a disconnection on the number specified on 11 December 2015. As a proof I am attaching the screenshot of the mail sent on the registered email ID. But it was not disconnected and now I have a bill to pay for January as well. Can you justify the latest bill of 2500 as I haven't used a single MB and I had requested for the discontinuation of the connection. Was this information helpful? | |||||
