i would like to bring in ur knowledge that i have loaned a tata indica vista by tata motors finance indore. but last three emis i could not deposit . the miss communication was held by firs in tata motors they allowed me to deduct the e.m.i through ecs system. the date of ecs was given by me from10-15 of every month. but they arranged the date of 02 of every month. i m a part time salaried employee how can i deposit my e.m.i before...

i have tata venture car model may 2011. my first complain clutch hard after two month .and 17/10/2011 fully clutch plate fail.thate time clutch change under warrenty.but after 8000 k.m second time clutcth hard so i send car work shop.but thise time not change under warrenty.


i feel thise is difective product...

I purchase a bus city ride fro m jagat radha motors pvt.ltd Motihari and finance by TATA MOTORS FINANCE LTD.My loan account no-[protected] customer id no-[protected].I paid total loan amount on-15/09/2011 after that many time i knock by written by mobile and say face to face to finance officer at Motihari branch to give NO DUES CERTIFICATE.Til now they do not give me my NO DUES CERTIFICATE other wise...

I have purchased TATA Manza in May'10. At time of purchase I was told that company recommend Castrol synthetic oil for this vehicle and the drain out interval is 20,000kms Same has beenmentioned in the booklet issued to me and confirmed by the TATA serivce engineers. I have invested Rs.30000/- in Tata Motors FD on 07/05/2009 for a period of 36 months online through ICICIDIRECT. The e-deposit was done through demat with my demat a/c no. [protected] in the name of Sunil Kumar Agarwal in ICICIDIRECT. The FD was matured in 06/05/2012. I didnot get my assured fund value of Rs. 40346/-.
