I am using TATAPHOTON for my Internet connection to my home PC under plan of 3.1mbps upto usage of 1 GB and and there after unlimited with reduced speed. My User Id is[protected] and post paid month activation starts on 15th of every month. Having been using Internet for quite some time now, I am aware of the approximate use and 1 GB is consumed on around 14 days due to FB usage. Accordingly I used to receive information of having consumed the data on 29th/30th of every month. But the speed was never 3.1 MBPS. Normal speed is about 1.2 to 1.3 kbps and further reducing to less than 1 kbps. But this month the intimation of speed reset was received on 20th while the usage was too less. I had a faith in the connection once upon a time. But I have started loosing confidence due to their call center employees who send 18-20 SMS every month at disturbing times. They do not know the Gentle English such as Dear Sir, Dear Customer etc as done by all other networks. They use the Australian English to address equals and menials as Hi, Hey, Buddy etc., thinking themselves to be above the customers. Customers should be addressed respectfully. Secondly 10 days after paying post paid bill on line I receive SMS that bill should be paid before scheduled date. If it is automated SMS the programmer should be pulled up.
